Rhubarb Iced Tea

Welcome to the first post in my new weekly segment, Thirsty Thursdays. I found this recipe on Martha Stewart’s website and quickly printed it off to try out, as the recipe looked simple enough to make with an hour of free time.



 Prep time takes no time at all. Go do some laundry or light tidying while the rhubarb simmers in 8 cups of water for an hour.


Garnish with mint and pose a glass near some tulips for a photo. Bring on that spring vibe!

Bright and refreshing it was, and extremely easy to create. This is a great beverage to accompany a light spring/summer salad for a brunch or a late afternoon lunch while enjoying the warm sunlight entering a room.
