Last week I went into Mendocino to just browse around and see what new items they had in stock. I’ve always loved the way women look in maxi dresses, but I could never see one being flattering on me. I don’t have a model body and am not tall or stick thin. I ended up trying on a cotton racer back maxi dress with a jean jacket and immediately fell in love with it. They are extremely comfortable and look great with a jean jacket or blazer and some gladiator sandals or clunky spring/summer heels. I bought not 1, but 3 cotton maxi dresses (3 for $50!) and cannot wait until the warmer weather when I’ll be able to rock them. I’ll definitely be looking to buy more this spring/summer (only if they’re on sale of course!).
