I believe that cleansing your organs is very beneficial to your overall health. I try and do a cleanse every once in awhile to improve my skin, and other organs. Working out is also extremely important in maintaing good cardiovascular health as well as in aiding weight loss or weight maintenance.
I normally dedicate my Friday posts to fitness and fashionable fitness clothing, but I think healthy choices should also be included in this topic. Yes, it’s great to have a stylish outfit, but a bonus to be fabulous and healthy.
Here is a recipe for a colon cleanse smoothie:
- parsley (as much as you’d like)
- 1/2-1 granny smith apple
- 1-2 stalks of celery
All you need to do is blend all of the above ingredients with water until smooth. You may need to add more water after blending the first time as it may not be very “liquidy”. Drink this every day and it will help you clean out your colon and make you more regular.
*Parsley is the key ingredient in this smoothie…the more you add, the better it is for you.
